This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Gove Command Center ("the App"), a private financial dashboard operated by Gove Enterprises ("we," "us"). By accessing the App you agree to this Agreement.
The App is licensed only to authorized members of the Gove organization who have been individually granted access. It is not available to the public, and access may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed.
We grant each authorized user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the App for internal business reporting within the Gove organization. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App displays data retrieved from QuickBooks Online under authorization granted by each connected company's administrator, via Intuit's official API and subject to Intuit's terms. The App is read-only: it does not create, modify, or delete records in any connected company. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; the App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
All financial data visible in the App is confidential business information of the Gove organization and its entities. Users must treat it with the same care as any other confidential company record.
The App is provided as an internal tool and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Access may be revoked for any user at our discretion.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Figures shown in the App are for internal reporting convenience and do not replace the official books of record maintained in QuickBooks Online.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gove Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to use of the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you cease to be an authorized member of the Gove organization or violate its terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
