Gove Command Center ("the App") is a private financial reporting dashboard operated by Gove Enterprises ("we," "us") for the exclusive use of authorized members of the Gove organization. This policy describes what data the App handles and how it is protected.
The App consolidates financial reports from the QuickBooks Online companies operated by the Gove organization into a single internal dashboard. It is not a consumer product, is not offered to the public, and is not distributed through any marketplace.
With the authorization of each QuickBooks Online company administrator, the App accesses accounting data through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API, limited to the read-only accounting scope. This includes:
The App does not access payroll, payments, or banking credentials, and it never writes to or modifies the accounting records of any connected company.
Accessed data is used for exactly one purpose: displaying consolidated financial reporting to authorized members of the Gove organization. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose this data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or model training.
A company administrator may disconnect the App from a QuickBooks Online company at any time — from within QuickBooks, or via our disconnect page. Upon disconnection, the App's access tokens for that company are revoked and any cached report data for that company is deleted within 30 days.
The App uses only the cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. No analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking is used.
The App is an internal business tool and is not directed at, or available to, anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "last updated" date.
